“When life gives you lemons, stop thinking of having lemons as a fucking achievement. Dude, life literally threw those goddamn lemons at you, so don’t be a prick about it. You are not a member of some elite lemon club, just a regular fucker with a few lemons. And no, it’s not like all lemonless people are out to taek ur lemernz. Also, believe it or not, you are not entitled to all the lemons in the world just coz you popped out a few units. Lastly, if you decide to eat that lemon and shit gets sour, do not blame the juice! Well, what do I care. Just leave me out of your lemon business.”

The difference between expectations and reality is disappointment (and sometime annoyance/anger).
So when you are feeling disappointed, take a step back and ask the following questions:
1. Were my expectations too high (am I the problem … which is typical the root cause)
2. Were the situations not what I expect (was my original view/assumptions wrong)?
3. Did the other party try?
4. Did the other party even KNOW the expectations?
5. Did the other party have the same standards?
6. Could I have done something so the other party could’ve met the expectation (aka communicate)
